We are searching for Ireland’s highest-potential social entrepreneurs – ambitious, driven individuals who have what it takes to make real change across the country.

Up to eight social entrepreneurs will win a 2017 Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Award, worth over €25,000 in direct funding and support, acknowledging their huge potential to change Ireland. The Award winners also join Ireland’s largest network of social entrepreneurs – a dynamic group of over 200 people who are working across the country to solve Ireland’s social problems quickly and effectively.

Awardees will enter a nine-month accelerator programme with direct support to bring their project to the next level. They will receive initial direct funding to their project of €10,000 along with sector recognition and validation.

The Awards Programme delivers one-to-one support, in areas such as leadership development, governance, strategic planning, fundraising, and resilience and personal effectiveness. Awardees will also have access to a suite of resources and expert advice from our 150+ pro-bono supporters.

As Awardees work with Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, we will explore further funding and development opportunities, with supports historically ranging from €20,000 to €300,000.
