Through his work as a psychotherapist, it became clear to Boris that there is a teenage health crisis rooted in anxiety in Ireland today. As a music facilitator, he knew that engaging them through the music they love can be incredibly meaningful. With the combination of psychotherapy and music, The Ease Project delivers interactive workshops that blend music with visuals to explore what anxiety is, the various ways it manifests, and how it can be managed.

“As a small organisation starting out, it can be lonely, and you can feel disconnected from what is going on in the national social entrepreneurship space. Organisations like Social Entrepreneurs Ireland help to bridge the gap and provide vital resources and connections for social entrepreneurs. The supports we will receive and the connections that will be made will be invaluable to us.”
