As CEO of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, Tim is responsible for the overall leadership and vision of the organisation. He provides the strategic direction to ensure SEI delivers on our mission to find people with solutions to social problems and support them on every step of their journey.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys watching sports, hiking in the Dublin mountains, and baking bread.

Anne Murphy

Director of Operations

Anne leads SEI’s Operations team, who support the SEI team across wide-range of areas including Finance, HR, Governance, Technology and Systems. Anne enjoys problem-solving and improving the work environment and processes.

Out of the office, Anne enjoys cycling (but not in the rain!), walking and spending time with family and friends.

Sara Dennedy

Director of Impact

Sara leads the SEI impact team. She oversees the design and direction of how we select and support social entrepreneurs, ensuring they receive the highest quality supports to grow their impact, all the way from start-up to scale-up.

Sara enjoys singing in choirs and at traditional singing sessions and is an avid podcast consumer.

Siobhán O'Keeffe

Director of Impact - Maternity Cover

As Director of Growth, Siobhán support across all areas of the team to align resources and activities with Social Entrepreneurs Ireland’s strategy, annual plans and values as an organisation.

Outside of work,  Siobhán enjoys child-rearing, good food, exercising and reading.

Louise Archbold

Director of Communications

Louise leads SEI’s communications team. She is responsible for developing and driving our communications strategy across all platforms and mediums. Louise is passionate about sharing the stories of SEI and our alumni.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys watching football, baking elaborate cakes and volunteering (but not usually all at the same time!).

Gráinne O'Hogan

Director of Development

Gráinne leads SEI’s development team. She is responsible for growing SEI’s community of supporters. Her favourite part of the job is having the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people who share SEI’s mission to make positive change in Ireland.

In her spare time, Gráinne is a harpist, singer, and fair-weather cyclist.

Robbie Semple

Scale Manager

Robbie leads the Scale programme at SEI, working with our fastest growing social enterprises to change Ireland for the better. Robbie is passionate about creating a new economy that works for everyone and thrives within planetary limits.

Outside of work, Robbie loves cycling, cooking, and butchering three chord ukulele songs.

Tanya Moore

Supporter Relations Manager

Tanya leads on SEI’s engagement with our fantastic network of supporters to ensure they and ,where relevant, their employees, get the opportunity to engage with SEI’s selection process and pioneering programmes for social entrepreneurs.

She is a lover of dogs, particularly Golden Irish. She hails from Dingle and loves good food, sea, sunshine, dance, music and travel. All of which can be found in Dingle … sometimes!

Darren McMahon

As part of SEI’s development team, Darren is responsible for growing SEI’s community of supporters. Having worked in non-profit consulting providing fundraising advice and training to many social enterprises and charities, Darren firmly believes that social entrepreneurs are changing the game in Ireland.

Nowadays, Darren dedicates his spare time to his baby daughter. Besides the small joy of parenthood, Darren is never too far away from a musical instrument or discussing the latest developments in political discourse.

As part of SEI’s development team, Darren is responsible for growing SEI’s community of supporters. Community Manager

Sophie leads our Community Programme with the aim of harnessing the skills, knowledge and experience of SEI's community to increase the impact of social entrepreneurs around Ireland. She is passionate about bringing people together to learn, connect and be inspired by the work of social entrepreneurs who are changing Ireland.

Outside of work, Sophie can be found exploring new places (at home and abroad) and spending time with friends and loved ones which of course includes her boxer dog Cooper!

When not at work, Mary spends an inordinate amount of time looking after plants, both indoor and outdoor. She also likes to keep busy doing voluntary work in her local area.

Events and Communications Executive

As Events and Communications Executive, Ciara brings the SEI events from idea to full, real life creation. She also plays a key role in curating SEI's online platforms. Her favourite part of the job is being able to see people getting to build on their relationships and learnings at workshop events.


Ciara is always looking for new recommendations – be it for books or restaurants or podcasts.

Office Executive

Siobhan is the Office Executive and strives to make the office run as efficiently as possible to allow the SEI team to focus on supporting our social entrepreneurs with the best possible foundation.

When not at work, Siobhan loves nothing more than to watch her two sons to grow and flourish as well as to travel and enjoy the great outdoors.

Hayley Kilgallon

Programmes Executive

Hayley is part of the impact team at SEI and provides a range of supports to the planning and delivery of the Academy and Awards programmes. She is inspired everyday by the innovative social entrepreneurs SEI support who are tackling social problems.

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys visiting museums and is also a big sports fan.

Lydia Redmond

Development Executive

Lydia is a great believer that big change starts small and has taken the lead on building financial support for early stage ideas, through the Ideas Fund.

On the weekends her passions are somewhat redirected, as an advanced ballet dancer she teaches several classes, sharing her love of dance with toddlers in tutus!

Éabha Harper-McKeever

Programmes Assistant

Éabha works as part of the Impact team. In her role she supports the team in various ways with the implementation of programmes throughout the year. She is a people person with a passion for social justice and Human Rights.

Outside of work, Éabha enjoys yoga, singing as part of a choir and playing with her two dogs, Beatrice and Lola!
