Have you taken the first step in your social entrepreneur journey and completed the Ideas Academy? Are you ready to put your idea into action?
Overview
The Action Lab was designed to cater to the emerging need Social Entrepreneurs Ireland saw amongst social entrepreneurs in the piloting and early rollout phases of developing their organisations.
Our goal for this three-month programme is to help social entrepreneurs develop as leaders, while offering direction on key challenges as they build the foundations of their organisation. We do this through consultation, workshopping and by maximising the expertise available within our network to help each participant progress towards achieving tangible impact.
Training & Support
The programme will facilitate group workshops where participants focus on areas such as strategy, vision and mission, marketing, fundraising and communications.
The 2024 Action Lab will connect participants with industry experts within the SEI community. These community connections will be based on key focus areas tailored to the need of each participant.
Peer Support
A key element of the Action Lab is the peer learning group. The purpose of this group is to encourage collaboration, share insights, and offer peer support outside of the workshops and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland mentorship. At the end of the programme, participants will be invited to join Social Entrepreneurs Ireland’s Community Programme.
Funding Available
Each project on the Action Lab receives a business grant ranging from €1,000-€5,000 to support their involvement in the programme and to help develop their projects.
